Katie's Landing Pavilion Dedication Ceremony

April 25, 2026 — What a Day!

After years of hard work and patience, we finally got to celebrate the completion of Katie's Landing Pavilion and what a celebration it was! The day was filled with yard games, music, giveaways, stories, connections, art activities, and a raffle featuring some amazing prizes, including a paddle board. And of course, plenty of food!

The presentation was a beautiful tribute to everyone who worked so hard on the pavilion project, and especially to Katie and Russ Moncrief, the original inspiration behind it all. FOWR was thrilled to formally present and dedicate the pavilion to the State Park system, a fitting conclusion to a truly memorable day.

We would like to thank everyone who helped make this event possible - the donors, supporters, event guests, and the pavilion committee all played an outstanding role in bringing this celebration to life.
